The two cases tried brought merriment and amuse ment V> bystanders. The first case was Bute vs. Wilbert Peacock (or assaulting Katelle Moore and Mamie Jones. They were charged with assaulting each other. The trouble grew out of one of the women's huAband having a pri vate talk with one of the participants.
